Why Media server slows down the startup?

Hello,

i using PS 1.6.1.23 on ssl and http2 and trying to sett a Media serwer withuot cookies. It working fine, but when i testing speed with GTMetrix I noticed the following strange results:

1. If i not use Media server, GTMetrix counts the true speed 2.5-2.7sec, PageSpeed Score (100%) and YSlow Score (86%)

2. if i use Media server, GTMetrix counts the true speed 2.9-3.3sec, PageSpeed Score (100%) and YSlow Score (90%), it have some extra time when loading images.

Can i use MS with decreased loading time?
