Blank front page and admin page Error : Parse error: syntax error, unexpected

Hello there,

Am trying now the last 3 days to get pretsashop 1.4 installed but somthing seems wrong.My host is hostmonster, and all older versions of pretsashop were working fine.
After launching the installer and installing pretsashop successfull, still the front nor the back office page is appearing

when i launch the admin page i get the error :

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '<' in /home2/bellyda7/public_html/costumes/farres99/index.php on line 140

Someone solved this issue?
