Order activation! and PayPal payment

Hi there!

I want to sell my products, have some price per unit, but my supplier got
big variance in values.


I wonder, is it possible to do sth like that:

-Client checks out on my site, but have to wait until I approve his transaction
-I should edit his order price, to fit to my product value avalible on stock,
-Send to him email with order acceptation and price
-When client accept my value and price, he can pay me via paypal

I know that is possible, but need your help
