[SOLVED] Contact Form doesn't work, the emails are not sent

Hi,
i have problems with contact form. (PS 1.4.0.17 version).
When i send the form it says that it was sent succesfully, but i don't receive the emails in my mailbox.
I see the email in administration interface under EMPLOYEES - Customer Service ( the emails are there but i don't get them in my mailbox)

I did the well known changes but it still doesn't work.

Could somebody tell me what else should i do ?

P.S. the registration process doesn't send email too.

the problem was with my hosting provider ... the mail function was disabled.
