pcwilkinson Posted April 21, 2019 Share Posted April 21, 2019 Hi All I have started getting emails stating that a message has been unable to be delivered. I have checked in cPanel and have found that emails are being sent from my email address to random email addresses, some are successfully delivered and some fail. I am unaware of the content of what the emails being sent. The emails are sometimes listed as my own email address as sender (even though I have not sent them), and some are from completely different email and IP addresses. I have tried suspending the account but this appears to only have stopped incoming messages. Can anyone point me in the correct direction of how to fix this issue, or who I should be contacting. I did have suspicious customers account, which I have deleted. I am running version 1.6.1.23 Thank you so much for your prompt response.
