TropischBruin
Final works for me.Does the e-mail used in your shop, which is the sender of the contact form in the back-ground, belongs to you domain on wich the shop is hosted?

L. Brett Sinclair
I contacted goDaddy to let them if they could help. There answer: "Screw you" if you are using a third party email function.Well, since today I have a new error on the website that was working perfectly fine.Warning: mail() [function.mail]: Bad parameters to mail() function, mail not sent. in /home/content/d/e/n/dentsdestars/html/tools/swift/Swift/Plugin/MailSend.php on line 160 Any idea ?PS: I'm sick of Godaddy - who would recommend a decent hosting company that would help me move everything around ? TropischBruin
Any hoster that tells me that they do not support 3rd party scripts would lose my business.Look arrond on these forums, I believe that the user Take-That Consulting offers PS hosting.I myself live in The Netherlands and host at VDX.nl. simeni
Hi, From my unforgetable experience, Many reasons cause this problem.I use godaddy hosting too, never use its SMTP function, I use phpmail() to send email..You could pay attention to 2 points of setting under Preference>>Contact1.Your shop name shouldn't carry with any char except that [a-z], [A-Z], [0-9], NOT, ; & - ";2.Fill shop-email field with your OWN email, like "sales@yourdomain.com".... This determines you can use phpmail() well.Wish everyone have a good time with Prestashop...Thx to Prestashop Team's unselfish hard work. You're real man! dhogan11
I can confirm that semini works. I had a hyphen in my Title. I removed the hyphen, and downloaded the old version of contact-form and now I can send emails. The older version of the php file can be found at http://www.prestashop.com/forums/viewthread/25370/contact_us_error_bug
