[solved]Upload all blockcms folder or just a particular file to override ?

I recently posted a question about the blockcms.tpl not updating.
I looks that I found the answer on another topic here

But I have a last question :
Do I need to upload all the folder or just the blockcms.tpl ?

I uploaded the all folder.
It works like a charm !

I am doing it as you said but still not working. I am even going to Back Office >Preferences >Performance and doing the force complie and cacha turned off.

Still not working. I am getting this warning: To use Memcached, you must to install the Memcache PECL extension on your server. http://www.php.net/manual/en/memcache.installation.php

do I need to have this to make it work?
