Jeff A
Hi Folks, Apologies in advance for a newbie question. I've just installed PrestaShop 1.7.5.1 and am working through very basic changes to the default theme. I want to fix some incorrect English in the Product Links at the bottom of the page: Prices drop -> Price-drops (or other wording of my choice) Best sales -> Best sellers (or Customer Favourites etc.) I've tried Design -> Theme & Logo -> Homepage Configuration -> Footer -> Link list -> Configure -> Link Widget -> Products but there are only check boxes - I cannot find a way to edit the text that will be used for the link? Thanks in advance, Jeff Edited April 18, 2019 by Jeff A tweak wording (see edit history)
delete-account-pleas
You can find the translation options here: Backoffice -> International -> Translations
delete-account-pleas
You can edit the source files prestashop/modules/MODULE_NAME/ Using a search option for the folder to find the sentences you want to translate.
Jeff A
Translate -> that’s a really bad idea - as far as I know the alternate to EN is not EN-Correct or Better-EN Edit the modules -> also a bad idea -> then every other user of the base module also has to make the same change. Surely upstream can correct incorrect english?
