Products are not saving

I have a website in prestashop version 1.7.5.1, products are already there but i am not able to add new one or editing existing products as well.

By using inspect element i see this error in network area :

           {"step1_categories_tree":["This value is not valid."]}

and in frontent i have this error in red background in right top corner : No se puede actualizar la configuración.

The website is in spanish.

okk sir I changed them but still getting the same error.

understood if possible, PM me your shop access credentials and send exm. product ID.  After, that I can say you exact reason of error.
