Order export module

I work for a wholesaler that has a few customers using PrestaShop. We are kind of like a dropship-supplier where we send the orders straight to the end client. At the moment we get order files as PDF that we manually need to put in to our system, and we would save quite a bit of time if we just could import a file.

So, what I’m looking for is a module for our customers that can create, and upload, some kind of order file (format is not that important) with the information we need to send out the order. Since our customers have more suppliers than us, it would be nice if the module could filter out the orders so we only get the items we’re supplying.

Can anyone nudge me in the right direction on a plugin, or if I need to find a developer?
