*SOLVED* ACCESSING MODULES : Internal Server Error The document has moved here. (500 error)

Hi all,

I just installed prestashop v1.4.0.17 and all seemed fine until i tried to install my theme. I went to the preferances tab then to appearance then clicked the link for the theme installator module and i get "Internal Server Error The document has moved here." If i click here it takes me to my error 500 page... I noticed now if i click the modules tab the same thing happens. Does anyone have any idea what went wrong here or how to fix this?

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Found the solution in http://www.prestashop.com/forums/viewthread/97131/installing_prestashop/_solved___error_installing_1_dot_4_final_release___solved_ added that bit to adminmodules.php and it works now.
