Maverell
Same happening with me....... today must be a bad dayTurning on error reporting reveals this:Warning: require_once(/var/www/vhosts/xxxxxx.co.uk/httpdocs/admin/init.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /var/www/vhosts/xxxxx.co.uk/httpdocs/admin/header.inc.php on line 34Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/var/www/vhosts/xxxxx.co.uk/httpdocs/admin/init.php' (include_path='.:') in /var/www/vhosts/xxxxxx.co.uk/httpdocs/admin/header.inc.php on line 34These messages refer to admin folder which of course no longer exists. Someone must know what the problem is and how to fix it !

benjamin utterback
Hello, I am using Prestashop 1.5.5.0 I renamed the folder admin. but when i call the url like "http://localhost/prestashop/admin" i got the back office login page. the problem is again the admin folder name changed to admin755 ! How can i fix this ? It is automatically changed because the default "admin" should never be used for a live store, it is too easy to access. So instead, PrestaShop autmatically renames it. You can go into your FTP and rename it as you want. If you don't want to do that just use admin755 instead of admin, you will reach your back office.
