To modify navigation bar and space among the blocks

...excuse for my bad english. I would need a hand if possible. In first place I would like to modify the navigator cafe (in header - but I don't find him/it among the forms of prestashop), to rename the Italian voices English or eliminate / add new voices. I attach you a' image so that to make the idea. Does someone know how to be able to intervene?

Other question. in the thema from me used there is a bewilderment in the spaces that intervene between the side forms and that central (of the products in showcase. home feature). do you know how I am able centrallizare the form "home feature" in such way that the spaces are equidistant from both the side (sx and dx) blocks? I try to attach other image so that to clarify you the problem.
