Missing files in log!

Hi all!

I have an issue in the server error log file!

The log say that the next files are missing

/public_html/404.shtml
/public_html/product_info.php


Do you know what are these files?

I downloaded the 1.3.7 package, but did not find any product_info.php

I use Ps:1.3.1.1 version

I tried to examine the problem, and find an error log in the cashondelivery module folder

the line of this tools.php is the next:

return htmlentities($string, $type, 'utf-8');

Please somebody tell me why is always want to refer the 404.shtml, and why I dont have this file, I only find the 404.php on root folder
