Invalid price format in property "price"

Google gives me this Error although I have set correctly currency format based on their specification. USD instead of $.

I read on other forums that it has to do with the "dot" used in actual value.

" It needs to see a dot as cent-delimeter. "

Anybody figured out where / how to do it in PS 1.6.1.23 ?

Or is it the what google says : "Don’t submit products with a price that constantly changes such as auctions and prices based on a live currency exchange. Products that you submit must be sold at a fixed price. " ? Is that mean can not use more currencies on any online shop or have to fix the prices and if currency is dropping will be loosing money on sales?

Anybody thoughts , solutions ?
