Can somebody tell me please a good backup programm to make backups automatic of the website prestashop, 

i cant find good information on prestashop addons..

Thanks, this is what im looking for, 

I already saw NT, but hesitate cos i dont know if its ok for 1.7 versions

i wil ask my provider, otherwise i will use NT backup ok

Just use the standard cpanel backup, it's always better and more reliable

That's not necessary, you can just perform a normal cpanel backup really, it's better to have a manual one in any case

Using a web-based backup is by essence not  reliable. You do not have warranty the connectivity to the serveur will not die, the max execution time will not be exceeded, ...

Backup should be done thru the officially designed application such as mysqldump that you "cron" thru the system using appropriated settings to mitigates tables lock, data integrity, ...

Hi, You're right doekia I had this problem, With this option (mysqldump) it worked fine.
