SandyW
Hi,When someone clicks on the "Forgot Your Password?" link in the Log In page, the system fails to bring the user to the correct page for retrieving his/her password. Instead, it states "Page Not Available". Please see attached image.Would someone please kindly tell me how I can fix this problem? Which file should I look into? Thanks much in advance! echonetic
Silly question.. Did you check your server to verify the password.php exists in your folder? Sometimes ftp uploads can go a little wonky and files drop. I would start there. Let me know if its there and we can take it to the next step.By the way, I am not referring to password.tpl in your themes folder. We are looking for password.php in your stores root install folder. SandyW
Hi Fred,Thank you for your reply. I found password.php in my admin folder. Is that the fiile which the system couldn't find? The numeric value of the file permission for this file is 644.
