Treepodia - Question Mark image instead of products

I have installed the Treepodia module and signed up for the account trial. After selecting the template options for the video I have let Treepodia do it's thing and a problem has arisen. The images that are being picked up are question marks (the image that defaults when an image has not been uploaded for a product) and not of my products.

The descriptions are getting picked up but neither the product images or uploaded logo are appearing.

Please help.

Hello Pepperama,

Please post a link to a product that questions marks appear instead of the product image.

After browsing a few products on your site the videos i've watched included the product image and your logo (appears at the end of the video).

Please notice the images are pulled directly from your prestashop DB, so if a question mark image appears in the video most likely it also appears as a product image on that product page.
