groan
Further to this,The SMTP settings are not working. While I have this PHP Mail issue I try to use the SMTP settings and when I save my settings, no matter what I put in, the Test Email link will not send.I have tried Gmail smtp settings, i have tried my own host SMTP, SSL, no ssl...Nothing works.is this a known bug? When I try to test email it just spins. no error or anything.I see a million threads (ok, not quite that many) with this exact issue and every fix i try does not seem to help.I'd love it if someone had a suggestion. in the meantime i'll keep searching. mattchan
I am facing the exact problem. I cannot even make the php mail to work. When i go to contact form and send a email it says "your message has already been sent"Can some kind souls here run through the various troubleshooting process on email setup. I'm using godaddy mail. Does it conflict with prestashop? Please help
groan
I'm still experiencing this issue.I have my web host looking into it but for some reason this IS a problem with Prestashop, the only app I use that has a problem. It does nto happen if someone contacts me through the Contact Us form, but as soon as someone registeres, or makes a purchase wehre the system sends out a notification, it happens. It occurs with Hotmail, Cloudmark (who hosts a bunch of email domains), Prodigy, ATT and some others. It's quite rediculous. Has anyone been able to work around this?
