Who is the best Web Host for PrestaShop?

Hello All,

I'm trying to figure out who the best web host is for PrestaShop so I wrote a blog post at http://www.prestatraining.com/who-is-the-best-prestashop-web-host/, which includes a survey to that effect.

I've seen a number of frustrated forum posts that indicate there are definitely better hosts than others. I've included a short two-question survey in the blog post. Please take a few minutes to fill out the survey. When I get enough responses, I will post the results.
