Functionality - looking for modules

Hi, I want to create e-commerce site but have some special wishes. The shop will sell books. I've never used prestashop, but I'm PHP developer and I can write a module from scratch if necesary. I would like to know if I can find somewere a free module for my functionalities. Here they are:

1. Import from external database - can I add/update products in my database from extern file (csv/xml)? For example, I can set cron to run once per week and check availability of products, check for new products, update invetory status etc?

2. Inventory update according to extern file (xml/csv)?

3. sell product in other countries

4. loyalty program for users

5. merged products - when buying one product, second (and it's not free product) is automatically added to cart

8. rating / reviews

9. banners / adds

10. coupons / promotions

11. partnership program - when user is buying products and is redirected from banner of partners site, partner will recive points for it

12. e-library of books - can I add sample chapter as file to product and allow users to read it for free?

13. reader club - user will be obliged to buy some amount of books in year, but he will recive greater discount

Certainly many of what you asked for is available - free and paid. Not sure about the bottom two. Search the forums (particularly 3rd party section) and lots of contributions there. Also - try http://www.presto-changeo.com/7-prestashop-free-modules.
