Image URLs (x,y,z...) Help Please

Hi, I hope some one can help and point me in the right direction

I have been reading the forums, and seem to be going around and around

I have created an product import file, and populated the required fields for test purposes, in the Image URLs (x,y,z...) column, I have read you put the images url eg

http://DomainName.co.uk/Upload/100091.jpg

I have tried several conations to this eg http://DomainName.co.uk/img/P/100091.jpg

But I keep getting the same error msg "Error copying image: "Then URL Path from prod file"

What am I doing wrong ?
