Hi Matt,

In reviewing your site a bit it is an interesting mix of stuff based on the PrestaShop template and I think you did OK. I like the carousel/slider you have at the top of the center column and it is good that you have your phone number prominently displayed.

The base Prestashop template isn't bad but you've done a couple things that I'm going to question to see if improvements can't be made. First, you have correctly chosen to display your phone number. It does seem a bit overkill to have two advertising blocks (one left and one right) with the same info. One might be sufficient and be less in-your-face.

Regarding those advertising blocks, I really don't like the red text overlay that says "Official Dealer." I understand the need to communicate that important information, but I would suggest not having such bold overpowering text. First, that text obscures the brands that you are trying to promote. Second, I feel the text is just too loud. It is out of place. How about a nice bit of text right below the logos you want people to know that you are an official dealer for?

There are a couple glitches with the advertising blocks. When I click on the phone number, it says the URL is unavailable. When I click on the Husqvarna logo, it brings up some sort of other page that does not appear to be part of PrestaShop. Is that your blog, or some other website you have? The problem is that, if I click that Husqvarna logo again, it opens another iteration of that same page inside of the first. It doesn't look good and needs to be fixed. Not that people will click that logo for fun, like I did, but you can't have those kinds of flaws.

I went to the Roomba 531 and was very happy to see that you incorporated video into your pitch. Good job, as it should help your sales. Video is very important to people now and the more you have the more successful I'm sure you will be.

Regarding your discount vouchers, how do you keep track of new customers versus returning customers. Do you have some way of automatically monitoring that so customers done use one or the other voucher each time they buy something? In other words, how to you stop someone from just adding the "New Customer" voucher each time they buy something? I used that voucher because it is worth the most.

You might want to look through the templates that are available on the PrestaShop Addons. Your site might be a good candidate for one of the more techi-related themes they offer. It could make an enormous difference in the presentation of your site. It appears you have really cool products. You need to have an equally cool template. I would strongly suggest moving beyond the base PrestaShop theme for your site.

I'll have to look into whats needs to be done in changing over to a different template, I'd like to but I don't want the downtime of losing my shop whilst I do it.
