Customer account checkout form

Hello guys,   I am having an issue with my checkout form. Once the customer enters a password or creates an account, on the next step to fill out the address form, the system puts the red sentence that says  “the address is incomplete, update it “  even if the adress is correct.   But everything will work fine if the customer checks out as a guest without creating an account or without entering a password.   Can you please help me with  the form to make sure that customers can checkout as guests as well as account owners. Ps: in the picture it is french accurate adress

Hello Floreti,

It seems the problem relates to validation (required fields). Enable the "Debug Mode" and check network response when trying to save the address. You can see the error content.  If the error isn't shown in the network, send back-office credentials to me in PM. I can check the issue you have faced.

To turn on the Debug mode on PrestaShop 1.7 is more simple comparing it to the previous versions of Prestashop.

You can do this from your PrestaShop Dashboard > Advanced Parameters > Performance > DEBUG MODE PANEL > Set it to YES
