Cocoacoco Posted April 3, 2019 Share Posted April 3, 2019 请教了很多老外技术人员都说没有头绪不知道怎么解决，求助好心人。 公司用了prestashop近四个月左右，近期发现个别客人用paypal下的单子，在后台里都没有显示其订单，然后我在遗弃的购物车里看到这些客人其实已经在我们后台注册了并且把产品放入了购物车，但是没有下单，还好她们注册成功了然后在客人信息里面有看到他们的各种联系方式，这些客人她们在paypal里显示付款成功，但是却没有在后台显示，只能在被遗弃的购物车里看到他们，其中一个显示几十块的购物车被遗弃了，另外一个则显示0欧的购物车被遗弃了，但是这两个客人其实都已经在paypal里面付款成功了！然后最奇怪的是相隔几个小时其他用paypal付款的客人下单成功并有在后台显示！还有一个小细节就是其中一个客人说她付款成功后，我们后台甚至有发订单下单确认信息给她，这个是自动的，但是我在后台检查了下并没有看到自动发送的确认信息…… 希望有大佬帮忙分析下… Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
