Repositions modules

I'm try to Repositions modules , under :
Back Office >> Modules >> Positions
but when i try to change any module , say fro, left to right
the option of changing is grayed
and you can change
any idea ?

You need to delete the module from one column and use the transplant a module option to add the module into the other column.

just above the modules list there is a "transplant module" button similiar to the add product or add category
