Currencies and couriers problems (important issues)

Hi,

I have four currencies and amongst them EUR (default), USD and GBP. I accept CashOnDelivery, Bank Wire and PayPal.

I want to:

1. COD to be inactive for orders larger than 100 EUR (and the equivalent in USD, GBP etc)
2. COD disabled for my 4th currency. Just for it.
3. How can I make PayPal active for EUR, GBP and USD only? The module has radio buttons that allow me to restrict it to one of these or "user-selected". If I select my 4th currency paypal won't know what that is.
