PS Authorze.net module error "Error, please verify the card informations"

Recommended Posts

This is the module that comes with PS not the third party. I can't find a similar problem posted on the forum. I believe this is the right forum to post this.

My web guy and I tried to use this PS module in version 1.4.0.12~14 with the same problem:
Error, please verify the card informations.

We used a real credit card so the info is correct.
Product name has not commas and the name/descriptions are shorter than 31 charachers (if that's really ever an issue)
SSL works
Tried in test and production mode.
Called authorize.net and they say that no info is coming out of the cart otherwise they would have seen any sort of data.
Also tried on the server/domain the currently authorize.net but on a different template/cart type and no-go.

Any suggestion? This is the last piece of the puzzle to start the web site.

Could really use a hand here.

Greetings,

Has anyone found a resolution for this issue?

On checkout, I get the following message on Prestashop 1.4.0.17:

Has anyone found a resolution?

Have you seen the message melinda send? (Read above) It was supposed to have been fixed with the last updtate.

I did read the above, but I did a fresh install and I get this error. I never had a version prior to 1.4.0.17. I should probably add that I am running on IIS6 with php version 5.2.13.

I am getting same error on a fresh install. Also, even though the SSL Certificate is assigned, and the software takes us all the way to credit card input, the module ( in admin ) still shows the text: Warning: Your website must possess a SSL certificate to use the Authorize.net AIM payment system. You are responsible for the safety of your customers' bank information. PrestaShop could not be blamed in case of security shortage on your website.

What a shame - this looked very promising.

The warning message you see there is not a conditional one. It is there even if SSL is properly configured. As I didn't have time that I would normally take, I purchased the AIM implementation from Presto-Changeo. It works fine and the customer facing messages like payment method are better.

I will however still be looking to get the built in AIM implementation working and update accordingly. This I will do once things slow down for me.

I am having the same problem on Prestashop 1.4.0.17: "Error, please verify the card informations". I have also confirmed shipping/billing address matches the Credit Card.

Cory - did you have any luck troubleshooting?
