Discounts on different categories for a specific customer

I'll explain my problem:
• Customer A must have a 10% discount on Category A, 20% on Category B;
• Customer B must have a 10% discount on Category A, 25% on Category B;
• Customer C must have a 20% discount on Category A, 20% on Category B;
• etc.

I tried to create a Group for each Category, but the problem is that the Default group prevails.
Is there a way or a module that can create this scheme?
