But I haven't used any secret word while registering moneybookers also I am not getting any option to get that. So can anyone tell me how to do it? As per them in moneybooker account I am supposed to get merchant tools section. But that section is not appearing in my moneybookers. That is the reason I am unable to resolve the concern. I live in the Netherlands and refuse to make an expensive call to the UK to resolve a problem. Moneybookers is an online payment processor so, handle the problems onlne.
