Empty modules folder after installing

Hello.

The folder Modules only shows the option "Position" ("Posición" in Spanish, maybe Locate). The tab Modules doesn't show the list of modules.

Someone knows how to fix this issue?.

Hello again.

when I said Modules "folder" I mean the option looking the configuration web page, no the folder by FTP (it contains the modules folders, it's ok).

I mean Modules "Tab", not the FTP folder.

Please check
1. The folder modules and its sub-folders permission are set to 755
2. All files permission are set to 644
3. You have the permission to access modules (logged in as Admin?)
4. All folders and files are transferred correctly.
5. Try change config/config.inc.php file as following to see if there is any error occurring

@ini_set('display_errors', 'on');
define('_PS_DEBUG_SQL_', true);


If this happened after you installed any new module, please try remove that module.

Everything you said is checked and it doesn't work. The folders and files had more permissions, I reduced them to 755 and 644 but it doesn't work.

I should but I didn't delete the folder "install", I only renamed it. Now, deleting the folder install Prestashop modules option already doesn't work.

Another idea? :-)
