Compatibility Prestashop 1.6.0 with latest browsers

Hi,

I am still using Prestashop 1.6.0.13     Because of problems migrating it to a newer release, we are working on a brand new 1.7 deployment that should come out in a few month.

Meanwhile I have an annoying problem with the backoffice of the 1.6.0.13 release when using the latest Mozilla Firefox or Chrome browsers.

 

I updated my Mozilla Firefox yesterday.  I replaced release 65.0.2 with 66.0.2.

Having done so I cannot save any changes to product pages anymore. 

The "Save and stay" button for instance does not save anythiing anymore, and just closes the product page, back to the product catalogue.

 

On the PC of my colleague everything works fine with a Mozilla Firefox 65.0.2 release.  His Chrome release (73.0.3683.86) is the same as mine : same problems with the Prestashop backoffice.

 

Anything that I can do to solve this in Prestashop or should I just install the previous versions of the browsers ?
