updating product fails until the 4th try..

hi all,

 i'm getting bizarre error :
when im trying to update product, im pressing on the 'submitAddproductAndStay' button - but nothing happens - the update fails

but , i'm not getting any error on the screen +  nothing in the error log

it took me (for every product) , at least 4-5 times, to do the same changes - and only after 5 times , i'm getting message on the screen that the update succeed 

it can happens after 2 times , 4 time - and sometimes in the 1st try

 

what could be the problem ? 

im using prestashop 1.6.1.4
