Technotronik Canada
Good day all, I am wondering how much traffic my server can handle. Host is an i9-9900K up to 5 GHz (8 cores / 16 threads) as well as 64 GB memory. Guest (VM) running Prestashop 1.7.2.2 with Apache2 is Ubuntu server 16.04. Guest is allocated 6 cores and 32 GB memory (memory could be increase if required), Bandwidth from ISP is fiber 1 gig down / 1 gig up. Thank you. El Patron
A big factor is how your mysql variables are setup, the main one is max_connections.... https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.5/en/server-system-variables.html#sysvar_max_connections there are also load services like loadimpact..... phpmyadmin has tab for reports etc..after you get some traffic you can start tuning mysql variable...
