unable to login admin console after presatshop domain change

Hi all,

I've just moved my prestashop site on a new domain following this guide https://www.siteground.com/kb/how_to_configure_prestashop_to_work_with_another_domain/

Frontend seem to work correctly but admin console is no more able to login me.

I've searched but no one of the suggested solutions seem to work.

I've no error at log level and i cannot access the console to try to regenerate .htaccess file. 

Version of prestashop is 1.7.5.1 and it is installed in the root of apache virtual host.

Has someone any solution to try?
