selectshop.at
Check these server settings tested in production: Quote -> PS 1.7.4. AND HIGHER - explicitly requires php 7.2. and maria DB 10 or mysql 5.7. BTW: are you on own server, or shared ? How many products ? Max execution time on your server is too low.... Definitely php 7.2. and mysql 5.7. will perform better with PS 1.7.5. Using own theme, or only back-office slow ? Using extra modules ? Deinstall Leo blog and try if performance is better. Check error.logs of the server for possible bottle-necks.

Both back and front offices are slow. Did deinstall leo blog same thing 6. Nothing in server error logs.
selectshop.at
Check what you have done two days before when performance was good and undo. Shared servers are not ideal for to run Prestashop.

Seems like the source of your issues

selectshop.at
Check database for broken index and correct them with phpmyAdmin. If you don't know how to, search on Google, or ask your provider.
selectshop.at
If there is no error on your site (scripts and database), possibly another site is consuming the whole traffic of the server and than other sites on same host suffer with slowness. This is very common on shared servers, which are not using load balancing to distribute the traffic. In this case change server or take a not shared package for your site on same or other provider to host your Prestashop.
