Using extra fields

Hello everyone,

For a project, I had to add a extra field to the client registration form, which I did following this article: http://prestacraft.com/adding-new-fields-to-the-registration-form-in-prestashop-1-7/#

I was wondering If I could use that extra field in both the Orders and Customer Services tables of my back office? In this case, the extra field is used as a unique identifier for the client (an employee number).

Can someone point me which php files I have to edit to add the field to these 2 tables?
