VexoWeb
Hi everyone, today I discovered a strange behaviour with some of our products, those which have a long product reference code can't permit the user to add them in the cart, the others works as planned. Any hint? Thx to all in advance

I doubt the error is related with a long reference. If you set a smaller one, it appears correctly?
VexoWeb
Sorry to waist your time guys seems an error belonging to our stock management software Edit: Not it's something related to prestashop. We changed the reference code just for a product from Tommy... to THJ and now works correctly... VexoWeb
Is it there like a limit of chars for the reference code ? Edit: Ok found the limit of chars in product.php and changed the value from 32 to 64, our reference code was longer than that limit Edited March 19, 2019 by VexoWeb (see edit history)
