tobestone
Hello. I have issue: my supplier of products has links to images. Some of these images have a large white background (borders). Example in attach (example1.png), so when i import products, on my site products with these images looks very small (example3.png). How can i delete white borders on images and transform images like example1.png to example2.png? Thanks
Rodrigo B Laurindo
Look at your image settings. You can upload images with the exact dimensions of the thickbox images settings.
tobestone
This is not a solution, because products with normal images (without giant white borders) looks good. These are two examples of products. The first image on the supplier’s website did not have large white borders. The second had. 1st link of image: http://img.barcelonadesign.ru/media/images/product_photo/original/o_56331.jpg and 2nd link http://img.barcelonadesign.ru/media/images/product_photo/original/o_42840.jpg .The only difference is a large white border. musicmaster
You can try Prestools. Its image regeneration function has an option to strip borders. You can then set how much whitespace there should be (in percent).
imranabdul
Please check your css styling settings there you can find an option of changing or removing the borders
