Random Problem With Paypal And Google Export

Hi Guys

I am having a random problem with two Modules. These being Paypal Standard and Google Export.

When I go the the config section of these Mod's and change the details, when ever I click Update, Prestashop makes no changes and returns me back to the Back Office Frontpage.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling these mods, I have also tried updating the shop to the latest version of Prestashop but still it does the same. I know these files are right as I use both these mods on other sites and they work perfectly.

Any ideas anyone??
