The web site does not work in the browser and work fine in changed browser

Hi,

I am facing problem with website. I am not able to login, create an account, place an order and sometimes add to cart shows 0 products added in cart.

When I change the browser or check the website in private window, everything works fine.

I feel the issue is related to cookie or js files

PrestaShop version: 1.7.1.1

Any idea?
