Related products free

good morning, i need help with modules Related products free 

related products only shows a single related product is configured to show 3 products
but only shows 1 and when displayed shows the image on the left and the name of the article in the center

how can I solve the module is free related products

You should contact developer, however because module is free it's not clear if developer will provide free support.

Main features of the module

As a shop owner you can display block with "related products" on each product page in your shop. You can also decide where block will appear and where it will not be visible. Free version of this module allows to define category from which product will display products and how many products module will show.

 

so if that is not working then contact the developer, they are pretty good to respond if you put some effort (detail) in your request to them.
