Backend nicht erreichbar

Hallo zusammen

Zu meinem Problem: Ich komme seit kurzem nicht mehr ins BO hinein, die normale Seite funktioniert, aber sobald ich den Debug Modus einstelle, kommen auf der Website diese Errors:

Da scheint was im whatsup module falsch zu laufen - probier mal das modulverzeichnis auf dem Server umzubennen damit dies nicht mehr geladen wird.

Vielen Dank für die Antwort. Ich bin in Prestashop noch nicht so erfahren, was meinst du mit Drm Umbennen des Modulverzeichnis?

Per FTP ( z.B. FileZilla) oder SSH (z.B. Putty) auf dem Server einloggen, dann dort in das Verzeichnis /modules/ wechseln und das dort befindliche Verzeichnis /whatsapp in /whatsapp_old umbenennen.

Vielen Dank das hat funktioniert. Die Website funktioniert jetzt sowohl im normalen Modus und auch im Debug Modus, aber sobald ich den Debug Modus ausschalte funktioniert das BO nicht mehr.

Wo liegt da der Fehler?

Das ist recht häufig ein Cache Fehler - hier kann es helfen /var/cache in /var/cache_old umzubennen, damit wird der Cache neu generiert.

Muss ich das Whatsapp modul neu installieren? Wenn ich fragen darf, auf meiner Website muss ich im Hauptmenü immer zwei mal draufklicken, also auf dem Ipad. Weisst du warum?

Neuinstallation kann helfen, ist auf jeden Fall einen Versuch wert. Deine zweite Frage verstehe ich nicht ganz - da es aber nicht mit diesem Problem hier zu tun hat, mache doch bitte ein neues Thema hier im Forum dafür auf.
