Hello Leon and winwin. All I can say is it is a long haul task. Few companies and posts go viral, but for the vast majority, consistency matters more. So if you are going with social posting, you can try a few things:

• Build a schedule to post regularly. There are software solutions available where you can building content in bulk and schedule the content to be posted at fixed schedule in future
• Have consistency in the long haul - it takes months to build a following
• Iterate based on feedback on what is working and what is not. What kind of posts are getting the most likes? Post more of those
• Try other means. Social posting is just one way. You might want to try email marketing, SEM, SEO and other means for marketing and growth
