Assign Multiple zones in one country for shipping

I have posted this question before but don't get any answer for this.

Anyone have a solution for this?

I want to set multiple zones for one country for shipping purposes in prestashop1.7.

Try multiple ways but I really have no clue on how it can be done.

I have created 3 different zones, because the courier charges is different for these 3 zones.

Currently I can only assign one zone per country.

How can I apply 3 zones per country?

In PrestaShop you can have only one zone per country and one country in one zone.

If you want to have multiple zones you have to buy advanced shipping module.

I don't know whether such modules exists. My solution in your situation would be to make this a hidden field with a fixed value.
