Problem with contact form [1.7.5.1]

Good morning,
I have big problems with my contact form.
I replaced the original theme (I thought it was the module that was not) with contact form 7 (https://addons.prestashop.com/it/form-contatto-questionari/39561-contact-form-7.html?ab=1), I created my form, inserted in the template but the mails are not sent.

if instead I open the test page that the module generates .. everything works ... how can I solve?

I'm really desperate I've tried them all.
