Making Customers Regular Buyer

Hello Everyone,

It's been a while science i last used prestashop and i am trying this again. Last time i was using it i have seen an option in the back office that there is a way to send your customers a discount coupon or voucher who has already purchased something. There were three separate variables there- like, who has bought something from your shop or who added something to his/her shopping cart but didn't complete the purchase and one other variable that i can not remember. This feature i have seen in prestashop as default. But, now i can not find that option anywhere. Maybe i am not looking in the right place. Can anyone please help me finding what i am looking for? It would be a great help for me.
