Prestashop module Store Locator

i have installed module Store locator but if try to display it on a cms page is not showing correctly example this page https://barbaware.com/en/content/75-our-resellers and here is the module default page https://barbaware.com/en/index.php?controller=stores

in cms page search and list of stores on left is not showing in module configurator says {hook h='displayStoreMap'} Just copy and paste the above hook code in your template file to display stores anywhere in your website.

It's not clear what's the issue, but regardless of that, I think this is a payment module, why do not you contact the developer?
