webdesigner323 Posted March 9, 2011 Share Posted March 9, 2011 I created a project (http://www.freelancer.com/projects/Prestashop/Prestashop-Length-Width-Price-Calculator.html) and hired a programmer to edit my Prestashop website so that width and height price of a frame is calculated based on width and height of the buyer's oil painting. Some of his code seems to work but when you add the product to the cart, the price does not appear to the right on the cart section (it shows $0). Also, when you add the same product to the cart again but with different dimensions, the price shown in the cart is incorrect. The second product erases the information from the first product in the cart. You can see the error by going to:http://easyartstore.com/product.php?id_product=17My programmer says that the issue is because when we add a product to the cart, its id is added to the cart_product table. PascalVG Posted February 7, 2013 Share Posted February 7, 2013 In Chrome, at the moment it seems to work. I added three sizes, and all keep their calculated value in the final shopping cart. The summarized price during adding the different sizes seems ok too. If you found the problem, please share, so the others who asked for a solution can profit from it.
