The module I need should have below functions 1) set up a new carrier, can change the carrier logomyself 2)apply different shipping cost for different country, not for zone, because every country has different shipping cost formula For example: 3kg to Germany($10/kg, no extra cost) and 4kg to Spain ($15/kg, with $12 extra cost) Shipping cost to Germany=3 * $10 + 0=$30 Shipping cost to Spain=4 * $15 + 12=$72 Thanks in advance!
